Geo-referenced 3d Map: Concept and Experiments

چکیده
In this paper, the concept of geo-referenced 3D map and its applications have been discussed. The major contribution is that it adopts geo-referenced images for various applications. Next generation 3D map, which is realistic, image-based, is able to provide 3D geometry measurements and various geo-location services. The methodology and development process has been introduced. Experiments for the two major applications based on the 3D map: geo-referenced street view and vision-based navigation system.
